You know, I never really appreciated white-washed tanks, until I saw your Tiger: absolutely love the way you did it! Most excellent indeed!

This weathered and chipped whitewash is really impressive. How exactly is this applied? A link even would do, I have never seen this technique but I've been out of the hobbie for a long long time.

Hi Rover , Thanks for the kind words

I started to prime the tank (tamiya gray primer) then i used
Panzergray spray . When the paint had dried i applied humbrol maskol
With a spunge to get Some random wear. Waited about half and hour then sprayed
Tamiya white. After the paint dried Again I started to brush the tank with a large brush, this crates the chipping effect. Applied Some winter wash and rust effect later on . Thats how i did it, don't know if Its right or wrong but i worked out quite okey for me.

Did take a break on the tiger build , not sure if i Should add the tank riders and fueldrums. Meanwhile me and my oldest son built a king tiger 1/72
