I don't know if I should be more worried than irritated, but I placed an order with Inside The Armour back in October 2015 for several of their resin upgrades. The owner did state they had a one month back order lead time (many of the items were cast to order), so I didn't think much of it.
Come December 2015, I sent an e-mail to inquire on the status of my order; no response. Given the holiday season, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Come the new year I sent another e-mail as a follow-up reminder and then another a week later but no response.
By no means am I writing this topic to disparage Inside The Armour, but the lack of communication on their part is a bit troubling and alarming to me. Instead, I am writing this topic to see if anyone who has recently placed an order has received what they paid for or are experiencing the same situation as I.
