Inside The Armour Order Problems

Hello,

I don't know if I should be more worried than irritated, but I placed an order with Inside The Armour back in October 2015 for several of their resin upgrades. The owner did state they had a one month back order lead time (many of the items were cast to order), so I didn't think much of it.

Come December 2015, I sent an e-mail to inquire on the status of my order; no response. Given the holiday season, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Come the new year I sent another e-mail as a follow-up reminder and then another a week later but no response.

By no means am I writing this topic to disparage Inside The Armour, but the lack of communication on their part is a bit troubling and alarming to me. Instead, I am writing this topic to see if anyone who has recently placed an order has received what they paid for or are experiencing the same situation as I.

You know they closed shop? I think this was late last year.

Yes I am well aware they closed up shop for resin/photo-etch upgrades, but they made an announcement back in September 2015 stating so, and that you could place orders up until sometime mid-December 2015. I placed an order in October 2015, well before their cut-off date to order items.

Again, my issue has been their lack of communication (at least for me).

I'm also still waiting for a Centurion mk.V turret that I ordered in September. I did receive a reply and refund for another item back in late December that he did not recast.

"I've confirmed all outstanding orders are still being sent out"

Yes, ALL orders are being addressed and either sent or (if I absolutely have to, and I really don't want to because I want everyone to get the kits they wanted) refunded


Sorry to everyone that has had a problem.
Everyone here; I've messaged or emailed you. I do have a backlog because demand frankly swamped me (I anticipated a little extra over normal, I got a year's orders in 8 weeks) but even with that you all should have got your orders by now. So get back in touch and I will get them all out wioth tracking numbers in the next couple of days, but not here as I rarely look in

As an update for those who have yet to receive any outstanding order(s) placed with Inside the Armour, I would just like to share that Chris at Inside the Armour did get in contact with me after seeing this thread, and promptly dispatched my order to which I received last week.
