Has any done a build blog on either of these?

Don't know about a blog but there is a build review of the Elefant here and of the Nashorn over on AMPS.

Thank you for that link, Frederick. That's a goo lookin Nashorn. I did watch the inbox review.
I also found the Elefent build review, buy I didn't see one with it painted and weathered.
Cheers,
Dustin

The AMPS review has it finished. The thing is, painting and weathering doesn't really have anything to do with the quality of the kit.

I do need to get over to AMPS and check those out.
I'm not too concerned with the quality of either kit. I've watched a few inbox reviews and the quality of both seem nice, as I would expect from Tamiya.
I was more interested to see how people built these up, and how they painted and weathered them, because that's what peaks my interest.
Cheers,
Dustin

Yes! On the modellers social club forum, a fella there did a side by side build of the two.

I've built the Tamiya Nashorn and it is a great kit!! Great fit and detail. Maybe not as detailed as Dragon's, but infinitely buildable and just a fun kit to assemble!
