Hot on the heels of our news item showing just a CAD image, Hobby Boss have now released full details of their impending 1/35 Vickers Medium Mark I. Their web site has it slated for release this month.

I thought a few of the later marks were actually part of the 1st Armoured Div (?) in Egypt at the beginning of the war? Very quickly out of service and dug in, but I think they actually made one swan across the desert but didn't actually see any combat.

I think they sent some mark IIs to Egypt in November 1939, but they were only used for training purposes.

Humbrol make Acrylics now, which are almost a 1:1 eqv. to the famed enamel range, inc. AB0075 Bronze Green.
But since I have the ultra large, last a moggle lifetime bottle of VJ Bronze Green Primer, I'll use that as a base.
