I use mainly mig ammo weathering products, and sometimes when I open the bottle there is a film of dried paint on the top but everything under it is fine. If the entire bottle is solid, I think they might have gone bad or air got in it and dried all of it.

That's not normal for any product. I agree with the above; something happened to yours. Did you order them all from the same vendor? If so, I would wonder how they store their stock.

There is liquid in all of them and we're all sealed. Its just the top of each is gunky or like another lid like the 2 mud effects ones. I used an exacto to scrap the sides of one. It is not hard but but thick and semi solid. Do I need BB's or just longer shaking /storing?? I have never used this stuff as I am a new armor modeler.
Yes I got them all from same vendor.

I have seen a films like this appear in bottles of fluids like this. It usually just requires a good stir and some vigorous shaking to get it all mixed back up. I understand you did that and you say the results were not great afterward- if thats the case there could be something wrong with the batch.

The problem is across several colors, so it's not a batch problem.
The product you got is OLD and has gone BAD.There should be no solids in those bottles at all. Contact the vendor immediately and arrange for an exchange.
