I want to either build a M901 or an Ypr-PRAT but I have no TOW launcher. The only one I have and consider using is the one from the LAV-AT I have laying around.

I assume the LAV-AT TOW system is the same as the one on the M901? What about the mounts?

Can the M901 TOW system be bought separately? I've looked at squadron.com but have only seen the M981 conversion kit by verlinden so far. Any others available?

Concur with GreyHunter. Best bet is to go with Italeri M-901 kit. If you want a better M-113 to be under the TOW Launcher, combine Italeri TOW with Academy M-113A2 chassis.

I had no clue they had the M901 at Italeri. Squadron.com didn't have it, and I didn't try any other site. Thanks for this heads-up.

Verlinden made(makes?) a conversion kit for the M901. I have the Verlinden conversion, which per "Murphy's Law" was followed by a complete kit from Italeri after I bought conversion. Does Academy make a M901?

Can you tell me the verlinden part no. for the M901 kit or is it the same as the M981? Didn't think so....
