This is 1/24 "Patty" from Masterbox. Odd thing about the model is that the artwork has the figure saluting American style; the kit is saluting British style. I had to cut off the hand at the wrist (a new meaning to "one off at the wrist" ) and rotate 90 degrees, and also cut the arm at the elbow for slight re-positioning. I used a hot knife to define her hair, and did some undercutting of clothing. With her hat off she looks a little like Shemp of the 3 Stooges!
