I recently picked up the big 1/16 SU-100 and was looking for any figures that would be appropriate for late war. I've seen Trumpeter's plastic figures, but I'm looking for more detailed quality resin figures. Just one will do really. I'd prefer a just standing there type pose, preferably a tanker, as long as it's not an "in action/combat" type fighting pose. Mainly looking for a figure to plop there for a sense of scale.
What about the Quasar tankman, is that early war uniform? I thought the epaulettes were around in 43-45 but I don't see any figures in 1/16 like that. Can anyone recommend a figure for this late war period?
Thanks

I just checked Ebay and saw a few that might be what you're looking for.
MAIM, Velinden and Alpine have resin 1/16th scale tankers.

Verlinden has a couple of figs. There is a tank crew on a full fig TC and a half fig driver and there is an officer fig titled "Berlin,1945". Alpine has a semaphore dude also.

I'm sorry I don't recall manufacturer but I got fom eBay and loved this figure, certainly not battle scene and gives sense of scale. It is 1/16

Thanks for the suggestions. It looks like though Alpine, Quasar, and MAIM all are the black leather jacket top. I was under the (possibly mistaken) belief that leather jacket was earlier war?
Scott, that one looks like "Andrew Design". I was hoping for a standing one but that may do to the trick .

Given the Russian supply situation and general attitude, I wouldn't worry too much about a figure wearing "early" uniform items during late war periods. If they had it and it worked they would keep it and use it.
