Pinned Bad Sellers and Traders

Hello,

In the Buy, Sell or Trade forum there is a pinned topic labeled Good Sellers and Traders. Is it possible to have a pinned topic labeled Bad Sellers and Traders? I think this would be benificial in alerting members who are considering buying or trading with other members on the site. I have recently been ripped off by another member of this site. Actually another member was also ripped off.

A good idea, but will never happen due to the legalities of "naming and shaming".
