While it's a blurred image of a truck's rear end, it's quite easy to recognize the set up of the equipment behind the cab. Aoshima plans to unveil it in Shizuoka this May. Any truck and soft-skin experts can make a guess?
Aoshima previously released an excellent braille scale JASDF PAC-3 lorry and will release 1/72nd scale fire engines soon, I'll assume this will be the same scale. However, according to their blog, this one has nothing to do with the Japanese military.

I goofed up the dates, unveiling date may just be by the end of this February.
After a google search, I believe you may just be right! It may be Modelcollect's M983, soon to be reboxed with Aoshima's Patriot trailer. Quite unusual to blur it out in such a manner in that case.

I have the Aoshima PAC-3 model kit, nice details to it. I ordered from Tetra Model Works the PE set for the model. The PE set has a lot of upgrades for the trailer.
