Since my Dana ran into a snare, I am starting on another project.
I am building another M163 Machbet. I tried to get the Hobbyfan interior set but keep getting outbid on eBay.
So I am going with the Verlinden interior for the M113, the long OOP Eduard M163 interior and exterior sets, and some scratch building. The base kit is the Academy M163.
Rear area with fuel cell and ramp lift. Added the fuel lines with cut off.
Here is the wall ammo container and ammo bench.
The base of the gun system and ammo storage.
Inside of the roof.
Ramp catch activator, towards the front of vehicle.
Ramp catch hook
Roof top.
Roof top details.
Comments always welcome.

That's some seriously neat detail work there! May I ask where you get your buckles? (Not that my fat fingers will be able to use them, but I'm always willing to give it a try!)

The buckles in the pics are from Black Dog. It is the Fastners and Buckles, #35001. Definitely a tweezer application there, my fingers were a bit to fat for them as well.

Nice work there Cory "Sausage Fingers" Sutton. I would like to see it, so com'on by after your "class". I will have the Chieftain with some paint on it as well as the AMX 10RCR as some teasers...
