Check out this site
Wittmann report on Achtung Panzer Everything you want to know about wittmann is in here.
The Tiger 1 in the picture Bus posted is a late produktion tiger with the Number 205. I don`t know much of this tank. After this tank he got another late produktion tiger with the number 007 and that was the last tiger he drove around with.
On the Site at achtung panzer are some pics of the 007 as it was after Allied fighterplanes destroyed it killing the crew inside it. The Killmarkings are not visible on the pics but definately sure is that the tank had zimmerit. note the 007 is visible on the stowage bin on the back of the turret:

The "kill-rings" was as far as I know only used on his Tiger #S21 in Russia...
And I think I read in some book on the subjecte, that he only commanded the tank he was killed in (#007), in a couple of days days before his death!
I got some photos of Wittmanns grave, Villers Bocage today and photos from the area in which he was killed on my website:

You should be careful when doing Wittman's 'Tiger' in VB as it was not actually his tiger. His as a command version which he did not like and so took another one. This one broke down before he reached VB and so got in another one. I forget the turret no. but it probably did not have kill marks on it. There is a lot of debate over which tiger Wittman actually used.
