Hello
I've found a picture of M1083 LSAC with M872 Trailer from Iraq war. I known the M872 is a 34-ton trailer. Is it possible to put on this trailer a wrecked CH-47D Chinook ( about 10 tons ) and connect with M1083 LSAC ?
Thank You for help

Yes, the M1088 (5-ton tractor version) truck and M872 trailer could definitely haul a wrecked CH-47D Chinook weightwise. I have not seen any pics of one, but it is definitely feasible. I have seen a UH-60 Black Hawk and an AH-64 Apache on a HETS trailer and a AH-1W Cobra on a trailer though.

The Cobra might be on an M872 trailer. It looks like it with the low header front panel.

I did find a pic of one being loaded onto a civilian truck/trailer combo. The M1088/M872 would definitely be equivalent.

Here's one being loaded onto a trailer (not sure what type) being pulled by an M983 HEMTT Tractor.
