Does anyone know which of the molds Zvezda got off of Dragon for its recent Tiger II with Porsche turret? And is it any good?

It probably is a reboxing of the older Dragon moulds as they did with the other version.

Someone did a review on the Scalemodels.ru forum. Text is in Russian but it looks like Dragon plastic parts with mesh/string replacing the PE and tow cable.
