There're no new updates from them. Have they gone under?

I have been waiting forever it seems for any news on the Ukrainian T-84 they said they was going to release. This is crazy because I know as soon as I order a conversion kit for one they will be releasing theirs.

I think I even opened up A special account just for the T-84 for when it came out, and I did not even get the T-80 !
--And don't even get me started on MMIR, I started my collection with issue #1 and have collected every issue since ! And here I thought this was going too be A Good Weekend.

Hi
I think it's probably the same story as many companies, not just model manufacturers. They bring a product to market and whilst in itself it is an excellent product the folks behind it don't have an adequate business plan in place to follow it up and grow the company.
One aspect has to be what competition exists within the marketplace, and an obvious competitor in this area is Trumpeter, who have the business resources to compete with most in the market, let alone start up companies.
Another example of a company with a great product but didn't seem to get the business structure right was Tristar. Excellent kits, which now the moulds have been purchased by Trumpeter/Hobbyboss are benefiting from their sales and distribution set up and are widely available.
