The turret on the Dragon Orange Box kit is correct for a Factory 183 tank built in late 1944 or 1945, as rebuilt in 1963. The North Vietnamese Army received rebuilt tanks with "Starfish" pattern wheels, and the base vehicles could be from Factory 183, Factory 174, or factory 112, as the Soviets did not distinguish (I am not aware of any Polish-built T-34s being supplied, though I imagine it's possible). If you wish to depict a particular vehicle, you may need a different base kit, if it was built at 112 or 174, and just use the Dragon wheels.
