Following up on his review of 2015, Jason Bobrowich takes on a heavy build of the Dragon Black Label kit, the M103A2 Heavy Tank. This is a good, long read, so get comfortable...

Very nice!
As for the end comment "I don’t expect that we will see another M103A2 kit anytime soon", I don't know...
This used to be true in the past but recently we got so many duplicated new kits (Shilka, AMX-13, T-10M, etc...) I think there is still hope, fingers crossed...
Cheers,
Christophe

It was great seeing this one being made... all the comments on the assembly steps and accuracy issues made the blog one of the best we had on the site. I'm glad to see it turned into a feature as well.
Great job Jason, hope we'll see many more blogs and features like this one from you.

Thanks very much again Fellas! I really appreciate your positive feedback and comments.
What's next? I've got a few Leopards to get back to but as far as Cold War Heavies...a German KPz 70 and a British FV4005 are on the list.

Which was more work, building the kit or writing that article? Both are a great effort. Nice to see something a little less covered here.

Building the kit was for sure much more work. I'm glad you like both results!
