I ask this only because I want to build mine correctly but in wartime were the welding bottles color coded as you show on your model?

I thought everything was painted OD with perhaps just a colored band around the bottle???

Michael: Sorry for the very late response, but this slipped by the radar. I do think you're right about the colors of these bottles, but I simply decided to go for some of that artistic licence, because it really breaks up the OD color, and creates a focal point on the build.
