Hello!
I'm starting another figure, this time something modern
It's a US modern soldier from Live resin, quality and sculpting is superb. I will go for desert pattern camo, so any help with references will be useful.
Something like that:
Black primer and base color
Cheers!

The name of the camoflage pattern in your picture is Multicam.

Believe you mean UCP...

For more references you can try Googling UCP or ACU.
If you aren't comfortable painting it, CrossDelta make a fairly decent decal version.

Yes, it is UCP (Universal Camouflage Pattern) on an ACU (Army Combat Uniform) cut uniform.
UCP
Multi-Cam is the commercial version of the newer Army pattern called OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) ACU that is starting to be worn and will be the only authorized unifrom after 1 Oct 19. It looks similar to the old Woodland Pattern BDUs (Battle Dress Uniform).

Thanks for the feedback, I want to paint it by myself, I'm not very comfortable with decals for figures. Have some experience with SS camos, but here will be different
Cheers!

Agree! Decals are good for Unit Patches, Name Tags, Rank Insignia, etc...

Thanks!
I use three flesh colors from Vallejo "Panzer aces set" №6...
341-Flesh base
342-Flesh highlight
343-Flesh shadows
...with these three you can mix many different tones and applying them in layers.
If you can find the video of Oliver Kovacz-"Painting 1/35 scale figure with acrylics", its a great source of techniques
Cheers!

Thank you!
I have to do some touch-ups, but the result I think is convincing
Paints are Vallejo Model Color (MC) and Panzer aces, all is mixed by the eye based on pictures, I'm not pretending of accuracy.
Close-ups maybe tomorrow
Regards!

Thank you!
Really enjoyed this, and surely will try another Live resin stuff, they're very nice.
Small correction-I've learned that Multicam is the commercial version and this is OCP or Scorpion W2, (correct me if I'm wrong-it's really confusing sometimes )

The figure came out nicely. Good job.
Yes, the actual US Army pattern is called OCP (Operational Camo Pattern). See my above post from 9 March 16 for a better explanation.
