Excellent news. However, i'd suggest it would have been more useful to put multiple sheets in a pack? However, they are some extraordinarily useful additions to a brilliant range of products...

Model RR shops have been carrying similar for years, in a variety of scales. Nothing much new.

Damn! You beat me to it.... There's a company in the U.K. called Slater's whose speciality is plastic. In particular, embossed plastic sheets such as these from J's Work. However, the problem is scale. The majority of the Slater products are in OO scale (around 1/76) with some in O Gauge (1/43rd Scale). There is not a huge number of this type of products in Gauge 1 which would be of particular interest to 1/35th scale builders. So, in that respect, it's a good and useful move.
It's also worth remembering that MiniArt have a couple of sets of roof sections in 1/35th scale in plastic...
