Does anyone know if the Friulmodel tracks ATL145 T80e1 fit the Hobby Boss M26a1 kit # 82425? The description says it fits the M26. But I've tried other link to link tracks from either Italeri or DML and the sprocket on the HB kit doesn't work without widening the sprocket and moving it inward to align with center pin. I hate to spend $39.99 dollars for tracks when the kit was a present. The tracks that came with kit have mould seams on the end connectors of which I cannot remove by any method. Cutting, freezing, sanding, all gave zero results.

Maybe it will require modification to the sprocket. As modifications go, it shouldn't be that hard. How much narrower is the sprocket than the track replacement track?

About 1-2mm. I've already glued the sprocket together. Big mistake. I've learned my lesson.
