AFV Club shows some images of their PAC-2 system in 1/35 scale. The kit includes HEMTT M983 Tractor and M901 Launching Station.

I already have Trumpeter tractor and trailers, but this will be soooooooo hard to resist...

EDIT: DOH!!! I just realized that this IS the Trumpeter kit with some resin add-ons. So I will pass.

It would be cool if they also posted some shots of the extra parts included, not just the finished look.

Might be a nice package with all the detailing if the price is right. Another Patriot kit would have probably been an overkill with the seemingly decent Trumpeter offering and the Dragon kit around the corner.

I was wondering why the resin parts... I had no clue this is Trumpeter's kit. Thanks for the tip Pawel.

Hence the "S" in the reference number.

I think this is a great release. I don't like how Trumpeter has marketed their kits - Having to buy the launcher and radar trailers in one box, as I have no interest in the radar. This makes it easy, and the extra parts from AFV Club will make the kit that bit better I assume. Hopefully the price isn't any more then the two Trumpeter kits combined.

So, do the conversion parts include being able to put the trailer in traveling position?
