hey everyone, just out of curiosity does anyone know if there were any visible stowage on UN leopard 1s that were used in operation Bøllebank? thanks in advance.

Most tanks carried a 105mm ammo box usually stowed at the engine deck. This box contained the snow tracks. The ammo box can be found at the front on some pictures though.
Spare wheels was also carried. Most often one - or two - strapped to the front of the tank.
No crew gear was strapped anywhere at the tank. This was all carried in the box at the rear right of the turret, or inside the tank.

Some images also show a canvas roll hanging from the smoke discharger guard and I also have images with fuel/watercans straped to the turret stowage basekt duringe deployment in Bosnia 1994/95.
