As a heavy equipment operator for the US Army National Guard, and having seen what the US has to offer in the way of wreckers........ all I can say is..... ya gotta love German engineering!!! they thought of EVERYTHING with this vehicle.

Outstanding and versatile vehicle...could be the one that fulfills multiple roles while eliminating cumbersome, single use type, vehicles from a recovery team's inventory. Big bang for the buck as a 'one size fits all' workhorse!

Very nice !
Looks like some people in the German Army got things perfectly right this time.
Taking things a logical step forward by combining more related tasks into one rather than distributing them individually over a whole "Family"of vehicles.
Let's see which army will follow this path next ....
And it looks very good as well !
A shame we won't see this in 1/35 !
Cheers

I do hope so, this would make an interesting model I would think that it would lend itself to some rather spectacular dioramas too.

Except driving under NVG - those bright LED bars would prevent NVG use as they are.
