Hans-Hermann do you know if this tank is in use with the German army now? And if it's possible to add live resins new weapon station on the tank? Or have they never had the FLW 200 weapon station on the tank?

To paint this, would I use just regular Tamiya Nato colors, or is there something special about the German version of the Nato colors?

The Tamiya-Nato-Colours appear a bit too dark but their tones are a good match. I compaired them to real Bundeswehr vehicles. Lightening them up a bit with Deck Tan or Buff should to the trick (it did for me at least).
From what i've heard Revell Aquas are also very accurate right from the container but i can't confirm because i don't use them.

Hard no problems with Tamiya "NATO" colors. Maybe you can darken XF-67 with a few drops of XF-26. I only recommend using XF-64 Red Brown instead of NATO Brown. NATO Brown is very good for French vehicles. I can also recommend RoG Aqua Color Bundeswehr tones.
