Dragon accessory set?

Dragon made many different iterations of the same things in German tanks, like the ball mounted machine guns, the turret roof grenade thrower, etc. I was wondering if dragon ever sold some of these as an accessory set?

I only know of various weapons sets in 1/35th scale, I have never seen anything vehicle related. if you are after certain items I do know that someone on EBAY is selling broken down kit parts rather than selling a model as a whole.

The only vehicle related kits were the long OOP indy tracks and antennae sets. They pop up online every now and then.
