What I know of it...
PE: Made by Part
Tracks: Friul, Model Kasten (includes wheels as well), and AFV.
Corrected suspension and wheels: AFV.
I know it is there, but I can not comment upon them.
Cheers,
Harm

Tristar has special offer on Link Model workable tracks, about 6.2USD a set.
Afv Club replacement track is also quite good.

Just bought one of the Tamiya SdKfz 251/1 kits from Shaun Keenan. Looks pretty good, I will attempt to build it OOB with no aftermarket accessories.

AFV Club makes a set that includes the suspension and a set of better vinyl tracks:

And they make a set of workable individual tracks to go along with it:
http://www.squadron.com/ItemDetails.asp?item=AC35044
Both sets run $16 or so a piece and are by far the least expensive option. The old Tamiya Hanomag is a fairly basic kit and not worth putting a lot of money into aftermarket products to improve that kit. For less than the price of the least expensive improvement option, you could get one of the new DML SdKfz 251 Ausf. C that is a state of the art kit with outstanding detail (~$28): http://www.squadron.com/ItemDetails.asp?item=DR6187
Robert Burnside has an online hobbyshop and is a member here as well (callsign Alpenflage). He probably has the new kit in stock since he mentioned that it was out and has seen it: Dragon SdKfz 251 Ausf. C. You can contact him if you want to go that route.
