I lost one part to my Miniart Panzer III Ausf D. It was on spru Ac. If I write Miniart, do you think they'll provide a new one?

I lost a track part of my D7 tractor and wrote an email to Miniart. About 4 weeks later I got a complete sprue as replacement from Alina/Miniart/Kiev free of charge! Nice service!
