I have this and have used it, it rocks, deserves the 98%; it dries in about 1 minute to dead flat.

Lou, this sample came from Airbruhes.com in the UK. You should be able to source it here in the US from any vendor that carries Life Color like Last Cavalry, Microworld Games LLC, Squadron and more.
