They're taking over the pre-1920 market as well.

Ooooohhhhh... yeeeaaahhhh... I was eyeing that resin kit for a while but decided it's too much money for a 1/72 scale model. Now this will probably end up in the same price range but it's 1/35. The question now is: Shilka or ZSU-57-2 first?

I'll wait until some brave man -or woman, who knows?- gets any of Takom T-55's, to see the actual quality/accuracy of them, but I definitely want a ZSU-57-2.
It will be great to compare Takom and Trumpeter kits head to head when released...

This ZSU-57-2 will be so much fun to build, I enjoy the open turret , there so much more you can create and use figures, I'am looking forward to this kit.

Hugo... one of the guys on FB is working on the T-55, here are some pics... it's looking like a really nice kit... I'm expecting mine next Sunday.. planning on building a beat-up Syrian vehicle
Love the external fuel lines.. but they're plastic, so I expect they'll be real fragile.

Thanks for the heads-up Hisham!
Really looks like a nice kit.
I'll be getting the AMV and the Type 69 for sure.
And now the ZSU 57-2 is in the lista too...

this system was the ancestor of the zsu-23-2 "shilka". this weapon was development for airborne divisions.

yeah, my wallet is hurting of lately too, and if they come out with a new series of M-113 kits it'll be a really tough choice as to what body part I would have to sell...

In the T-55 AMV pic's, gun tube looks like it sits too high. Builder error or kit error?
