I believe it is WWII and that that is a Japanese Type 4 15cm howitzer.

I knew that the North Koreans use ex-Japanese Army equipment and this is a good example. I like the way the steel wheels have been "rubberized".

Neat one Frenchy. Looks like they used the tires from a Jeep to "rubberize" the steel wheels (look too small to be from a Deuce).
Hmmmm...Japanese artillery, in the Korean War, used by the N. Koreans, and modified with US parts.
