Thanks! This is the old Tamiya kit, from the 70s. However, it has a lot of after-market parts added in order to convert the Churchill III to the Churchill VII. With the portrayed markings, the vehicle is from the 3rd Scots Guards, 6th Guards Tank Brigade.

Not to be too pedantic, but the Tamiya kit is and has always been a Mk VII. :-)

I believe you are right. My mistake. What I meant was that the VII has a lot of surface details that the III doesn't, such as the additional welded plates. Those were added with PE parts.
