Thanks for the review, Frederick, of this rather obscure but interesting subject. From what I see and your descriptions its obviously another case of IBG over engineering an otherwise simpler subject. I can imagine that those link and length tracks will look good but be a pain for some due to their rather diminutive size.

I have started building this model. So far - yes, definitely over-engineered. But looks good.
