dragon and tamiya usually provide with 3 round storage bin,is that steel or aluminum?

All multi round containers I know of for the Flak 8,8 were made of wood/ braided stuff, sometimes with metal lids. Only single round containers were entirely made of metal... You can have a look here for excellent reference:
