Super job, Pawel! I have the HB kit and the Italeri cab, so am looking forward to doing this conversion for the gas tanker.
Any other tips on how you made the conversion? Any in process shots? Did you have to modify the Italeri fenders, or the HB chassis?

No photos unfortunately. It wasn't as straightforward coversion as I had hoped. The shape of the frame and engine parts representation is quite different in both kits, so it took quite a lot of cutting, shimming, puttying etc. to make the Italeri cab fit reasonably well.
I modified Italeri fenders only a little bit - I extended the rear slightly - where they are vertical - and I lowered the boarding steps.. I felt the step sit too high once I put the cab on the HB model, but I think it is too high even on the Italeri frame.
