Hi Gang,
triggered by the announcement of the Rooikat, I checked BaxMod Models for their G6 kit. athe price of around 72 Euros is tempting for a resin kit. Has anyone here ordered from South Africa. I guess the shipping costs can be pretty high from the southern hemisphere?
Cheers

He talked about G6 in his first post.
I wonder how good their Unimog is (from the small photos it looks a bit simplified and toylike), their T6 155mm turret for T-72 looks interesting, but again I wonder about quality...
Cheers,
Christophe

I've ordered from Chris at Bax Models and have never had a problem.
Excellent service, communication, packing, etc.
Of course, these are garage kits and do not fall together like a Tamiya kit, so as with all resin kits, they need some extra TLC to get the job done.
With Regards and Aloha,
Johnny B.
PS Just looked on their site and nice to see they just released a four figure SADF patrol figure set...this is a first as far as I know. Hopefully we will see more figures, including seated troops, driver for the Buffel, bad guys, etc.
