Hi Guys,

Just completed the T-72 in Iraqi army service, i am using the old Tamiya kit and some PE from Eduard and Voyager, the cupola shield is taken from my retro M113 kit, Orange hobby antenna, RB barrel, scratch the mantlet cover using tamiya putty, rebuild the side skirt/fender using plastic card.
Painted with vallajo and weathered with AK products.
Nuff said below are some pics.
Comments are welcome....

Looks great! Only critique I can make is you might want to weather your tracks a bit more...IMO they could use a dark wash to help show the details off better and then maybe hit them with a pencil on the highlights.

The scratchbuilding is great!

Really good job Donny ! It proves that with some work the old Tamiya is still worth being built

Your T-72 looks great, the weathering is just right for your time frame here(2008) and the extra storage is just right also.
