I found these pictures but can't find any further details. Does anyone know if there is anything documenting the colors and patterns and what units use this scheme?

Looking the site seems to be a desert cammo experimental from a 2013 expo, so it's pretty unsure if this is an active cammo type or not.

I might be wrong, but that appears to be very similar to a scheme I saw on a BMPT "Terminator".
It was listed as "Russian Arms Expo 2013" in the Meng instructions.
The colors, in that case, were Vallejo:
71.075 Sand
71.027 Light Brown
71.039 Hull Red
You can get an idea of the different views by looking up the Meng BMPT on Hobby Search (http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10275282)

Yes was a scheme for an Arms expo in 2013, although the T-72 based rocket launcher has been seen in Syria in this scheme. I modelled the T-90 in this scheme:

Thanks guys, I missed the part that it was for the expo. Still like the scheme and may use it. And Great work on the t90 Ian!
