Looking the site seems to be a desert cammo experimental from a 2013 expo, so it's pretty unsure if this is an active cammo type or not.

I might be wrong, but that appears to be very similar to a scheme I saw on a BMPT "Terminator".
It was listed as "Russian Arms Expo 2013" in the Meng instructions.
The colors, in that case, were Vallejo:
71.075 Sand
71.027 Light Brown
71.039 Hull Red
You can get an idea of the different views by looking up the Meng BMPT on Hobby Search (http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10275282)
It was listed as "Russian Arms Expo 2013" in the Meng instructions.

71.027 Light Brown

Yes was a scheme for an Arms expo in 2013, although the T-72 based rocket launcher has been seen in Syria in this scheme. I modelled the T-90 in this scheme:
