I am doing a 1945 King Tiger on the outskirts of Berlin. My Question is did they have steal wheels or rubber rims?

Know your homonyms. KT's only used steel wheels. Headhunter506, on the other hand, did steal wheels during his misguided yoot.

I do not know of any KT's being fitted with wheels captured from enemy tanks

Not a Tiger II, and it was the other way around -- Panther wheels on a T34:
