Because there was totally a dearth of update sets for Dragon's Tiger I

Looks like a nice set, regardless. There seem to be more details included which aren't found in some other sets.

There's enough music already made out there to last a thousand lifetimes, yet we tend to welcome new music. A new Tiger PE set can be welcome too, and as Joseph says, there are new detail found in this set.
