I've been looking at this model on a couple sites and was wondering if anyone has done this one.
It's the AFV Club 1/35 of the YPR765-PRI 25mm

I dont know if it is the same kit but AFV has a new kit as the Dutch version of this kit with some photo-etched details and such additions like dust cover,2 type telescopes, optional telephone wire spool or 5 gallon water drum mounted on rear. I heard Holland kit is a good one and worths to pay.

I don't have this kit. But my friends who have bought it all have positive comments.

This one is the Dutch version, and a "limited edition". It is basically the same as the other version, the NATO AIFV, whcih has tie downs mold on the hull, while the YPR has not.

I have seen some pictures and heard some reviews about the dutch version which were all very positive. Apart from some small specific details for the dutch army it is a very accurate model an nice to build.
hope this helps,

so far the fit is OK---- there is a big issue with the rear hull top to the fuel tanks (?) join. I had to use styrene to fill the gap is so big. Details are excellent. Spue attachments are huge and awkward in some parts, better to sand then down than trying to cut close to the part. Its an early PRI, so ifyou want to make an SFOR version, you'll have some updates to do.

I saw a stack of these at my LHS for 19 bucks the other day. Guess I may have to go pick one up now.

I bought the Dutch version and added a few items. Here's mine I posted a few months ago on the Dutch forum. The model was changed to resemble the latest version of the Dutch YPR-765.

Is the no-skid surface molded on those surfaces, or will I have to try Vodnik's recipe for no skid panels?

Hi Marcel, gret PRI. I'm almost done the hull now (making mine a PRAT).
What is the function of the rectangular box on the right side, near the back? I see you scratchbuilt one too.. is its ome kind of comms equipt? I have on pic which looks like a silver antenna base on a spherical swivel mount.
The no-skid looks great too, I'd like to hear your technique.
I'm using the rubber Diehl tracks, is that what you've used, or are they the plastic ones?
Cheers
