So I have an idea for a small modern dio, one figure, small misc equipment/outdoor furniture, a door and a small section of a building wall. In my mind it's probably a multiply store building but because I want to focus on the figure action I don't want to show the other all the stories/roof. I also don't want to make it a bombed out building. What is the best way to capture something like that or any other thoughts?
Thinking a building similar to the Coke building and would be just showing the lady in blue in the door way and like 5-10' around that area.

Changed up what I was thinking, going with a simple wall and open door way.
I have lifetime supply of corrugated plastic yard signs and got a roll of thin cork.
Not sure if I will use plastic strips or balsa wood to box out the the exterior of the base.
For the rest, a Legend EOD controller with his back to the wall, Blast Tactical robot (pointed at the open door as it's going to enter about midway on the base and a Meng trash bin between the figure and open door way providing some cover.
Well that's the current plan anyway.

I think I want to weather the building/wall like this

and addin the elements of the missing sign on this brick wall

Open to suggestions to improve the idea.

Since it's more of a training scenario I am doing, I will be borrowing some elements from Ft Irwin for the ground work but this could be anywhere.

Basic layout, the headless man is in place of the robot. The tape is concrete pavers.
So I need to work on the entrance size on my next build.
All the elements added. I used a euro tool to rough up the dirt areas. I think the base is kinda small over for all the elements I am including.
A good learning experience to me so far.

Dining FACility. It didn't say chow/mess hall, so that didn't register with me but yeah that would be everyone's favorite spot beside the e-club.
I did like the concrete sidewalk and ground combo.
