The color call out is Tamiya AS-14 Olive Green,a rattlecan which I don't want to use.Is this the same as XF-58 ?

Is their an appropiate Vallejo equivalent ?

I have no definitive answer but the French green was a true green not an olive green, at least from the 70s.
XF-58 could do the trick if you enlighten it a bit.
XF-26 could be another option, but still is too dark.
I recently bought some Imperial Japanese Army or Navy, can't remember XF number, green which I have to try.

I don't like the way Tamiya currently give their paint reference with AS refs only and no corresponding XF refs.
