Anyone could help me with this one? I tried brushing Future on the canopy of my AH-64 and after some time, it whitens up. Should I leave it be and it'll be gone for some time?

I've never experienced such a problem. As AJ Lafleche pointed out can be the non perfectly clean brush. Did you wash the canopy before applying future? Anyway dip your canopy in a solution of water and ammonia at 10% and let it rest for a while. Future will dissolve, then rince your canopy and wash it, then try again!

Hi Shonen
I've never had a problem with brush marks in Klear / Future. All I can think is that you've carried on brushing as it begins to dry - and it does dry pretty fast.
So long as you brush the Klear / Future on quickly, you shouldn't have a problem - it levels out beautifully without any extra help. Also make sure it's really dry before brushing on a second coat.
Hope this helps

Hey Shonen,
Atuall there is a great article in this months FSM covering future applications. They reccomend putting Futre in a large open mouth container and dipping the canopy, rather than brushing it on. This will eliminate the brush stroke problem you mentioned.

Thanks! Actually that's what I've done, applied the second coat over the drying first one. Since Future is acrylic, I tried soaking it in a soap + water solution. Will it remove the Future completely?

Hi Shonen
I use Isopropyl Alchohol to remove it, but also check out Scoccia's tip for water with 10% ammonia. Once the Future / Klear is dry, I don't think plain soap and water will really do much.
All the best

I've tried the alcohol technique and it's working fine. Other parts were kept in the container filled with Future as said by the article. Thanks anyways!
