HEEEEELP. I have been building the Dragon Elefant tank all winter. Kit #6311. I was going to add the last parts, the "pistol port plugs" that hang by chain from the rear of the fighting compartment. I glued the rings to them, set them aside, and while I was at work, they fell into the floor and into the wife's vacuum cleaner!! I was going to install them today and start the painting process, but now I am hosed.
So,,,,,does anyone have 4 pistol ports I can buy/beg/borrow/steal? The part number is Y26/Y27.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Thanks guys. I went ahead and painted it today. I will keep looking for ports. The brass ones are nice but $15 or so plus shipping is a little rich for my blood. If worse comes to worse, I will carve a couple out of sprue and glue them closed. I just preferred to have them open to add interest.
Thanks again for the help.

If you are sure that they are in the wife's vacuum you could open up the belly of the beast and retrieve them.

Not a pleasant thought but at least you'd get them back.

And if you have the metal chains attached you can probably use a magnet to help locate them in the debris.

Been there, done that, many times. Wear a mask, put on some gloves and start the bag surgery. I usually find parts I didn't even know I was missing along with the one I was searching for.

Take the bag and contents outside. Acquire a fine sieve from the kitchen and treat like panning for gold. Do not under any circumstances get caught by the wife.....
