Since the FV433 Abbot SPG being used as part of the Top-Gear 'Bring Back Clarkson' campaign would make for a hilarious model/small diorama, I was wondering if any of you could help me identify the exact variant of the FV433 being used for this purpose and tell me which 1:72nd scale model of the Abbot would be the closest to this prototype;

When complete, the model would include the Stig (of course).

Also, 'Top Gear' needs to 'kill-off' "Joey Tribbiani" asap (literally, if necessary), and bring back Clarkson, Hammond, & May...

Only 2 variants of the FV233, the 'std' British, my dad's ride.
& the other is the 'value engineered' with NBC pack & flotation gear left off, used by BATUS in Canada & India had some as well
Models: the ancient & rare Nichimo & Accurate Armour in 1/35TH, & a B&M(?) 1/160th N scale
I don't know of a Braille scale or 1/43rd model, good luck though

I don't know on any full kitsets of the Abbot in braille, either 1/76 or 1/72. There are three that I know of aimed at gamers.

Cromwell Models do a Braille Abbot in 1/76th which is a really nice casting. You might try Ebay or Tracks n Troops for one.

S&S make a 1/72 one, pretty basic looking.
Sgts Mess make a 1/72 one, better than the S&S one but not as crisp as the Cromwell one imo.

cheers
Brent
