If you are refering to third patten from the left on that picture of the group of soldiers, than I agree. But that is not the pattern chosen by the Bundeswehr, it is the one on the very right of the picture. All other pictures in the article do not represent the actual new pattern

The linked text says, that there will be two new camos: one for winter (white, light gray and dark green/gray) and one similar to the MULTICAM, called "MULTITARNDRUCK" with a mix of the German Flecktarn pattern and the MULTICAM colors. The standard Flecktarn pattern will be kept for Europe or similar areas.
