Dear all
a newbie question .. I'm starting to paint my Sdkfz251and I'm happy with what I'm doing, so questions :-
a.) used Dark Gray as base colour then used German Grey to do dry-brush but I don't get the feel of the 2 shades of Grey, bcoz both colour looks pretty close.
(btw, I'm using Tamiya acrylic paint)
b.) so I re-paint the model with flat black ...
b1.) how do I dry-brush rectangular area, i.e. horizontal or vertical downwards?
* should I run my brush horizontally, bi-direction or single-direction or vertically ?
( hope my explaination is clear enough )

b2.) how much paint should b left on the brush for dry-brushing?
b3.) how many times should an area be dry-brush? i.e. should an area be dry-brush until the desired colour is seen ?

Cheers

Bennyl, PvtParts came up with a great article on drybrushing. I’ve made his link clickable for you, and highly recommend reading the article.
