Nope.

Bismark was chancellor well before germany became a republic in 1919. Actually he was dead more than a decade before WW I started AND would have fed Wilhelm II to his dogs for even THINKING of starting WW I...

Love that thing. Quite a few are still around in germany so it will fit anywhere from 1871 to now.
