Humbrol white paint is usually too thick for me to use, what manufacturer makes white paint that is easier to use? Don't like Vallejo as that chips and peels too easily.

What do you mean by 'too thick'? It all depends on how and what you use it for. Try Tamiya, Gunze or Gaia. If you need white primer have a go to Tamiya Surface Primer White or Mr.Hobby Mr.White Surfacer 1000 (both in rattle cans). Their adhesion to plastic is good and the resulting finish is smooth and even.

I've had two tins of Humbrol 34 be thick as syrup as soon as the lid went open for the first time. Revell 04 and 05 are no better.

Have you considered thinning it?

Are you using it with a windy stick or a hairy stick?

If a windy stick just thin it down.
